The PSCA Online E-Challan review feature has been introduced to simplify the process for correcting erroneous electronic traffic challans. The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) announced the update in Lahore on August 20.
Easy PSCA Online E-Challan Review
Citizens who receive incorrect e-challans can now submit complaints directly on the PSCA website at echallan.psca.gop.pk. A dedicated e-challan review option allows users to:
- View their challans
- Submit review requests
- Upload images or evidence to support their claims
Once the submission is made, the PSCA team verifies the information on-site and cancels the challan if the error is confirmed.
Hassle-Free Corrections
A PSCA spokesperson stated:
“There is no longer any need for citizens to send emails for e-challan corrections.”
Traffic violation e-challans are now sent via SMS and WhatsApp to mobile numbers registered with the Excise and Taxation Department. Citizens can also access all challans and related images on their mobile devices, making the process fast and convenient.
