The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) has introduced a new BIEK online document service to make the process of obtaining academic documents faster and more convenient for students and the general public.
With this digital initiative, applicants are no longer required to visit the BIEK office in person. Instead, they can easily apply through the official websites — www.biek.edu.pk and portal.biek.edu.pk.
The online system allows students to request multiple services, including:
- Issuance and verification of HSC Pakka Certificates
- Duplicate mark sheets and admit cards
- Verification of mark sheets
- Migration and provisional certificates
- Duplicate enrolments and registration documents
To simplify the process, payments can be made online through Kuick Pay. Once processed, completed documents are delivered directly to the applicant’s address via Pakistan Post’s Urgent Mail Service (UMS).
Officials noted that this step will enhance accessibility, improve transparency, and save time by reducing unnecessary visits to the board office. The BIEK online document service is expected to benefit thousands of students in Karachi by offering a reliable and efficient solution for academic paperwork.
